Amphibians, forest or jungle living reptiles and invertebrates all thrive on this safe 100% natural poduct. ProRep Sedge Peat is part of the species-specific life series of substrates and has been created to meet the needs of numerous species originating from humid habitats, including burrowing species. It is comprised mostly of decomposing sedges, reeds, cattails & marsh grasses. It forms in the shallow areas of open water.
